Information on preliminary financial results for Q1 2025

The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) would like to announce that it has decided to publish the preliminary financial results for the aforementioned period.
The preliminary financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for Q1 2025 (data for the first quarter of 2024 is presented in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 72,149 thousand (PLN 52,431 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): profit PLN 3,595 thousand (loss PLN 2,381 thousand)
- net profit (loss): profit PLN 674 thousand (loss PLN 4,472 thousand)
Preliminary financial results of Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Spożywczego PEPEES S.A. for Q1 2025 (data for the first quarter of 2024 is presented in brackets):
- sales revenue: PLN 48,409 thousand (PLN 41,805 thousand)
- operating profit (loss): profit of PLN 1,824 thousand (loss of PLN 1,119 thousand)
- net profit (loss): PLN 133 thousand (loss of PLN 2,094 thousand)
The profit generated in Q1 2025 is primarily the result of an increase in sales revenue from the Company's and the Group's products due to higher sales volumes and higher market prices for starch products compared to the same period of the previous year.
Simultaneously, as a reminder, the Issuer states that the audited final financial results for Q1 2025 will be reported in the consolidated quarterly report to be published on 23 May 2025.
